Heart Management is a boutique culture agency, founded in Sweden in 2017 and serving organisations around the world. We are driven by a vision of a world free from unhealthy workplace culture.
Our mission is to help organisations uncover the root causes that undermine cultural health and to build leadership habits that strengthen trust, reduce risk, and deliver lasting results. A mission that has taken us across continents and to thousands of leaders, HR and Ethics & Compliance professionals.
Our work focuses on large multinational corporations in high-stakes industries, as well as governmental agencies and international NGOs—organisations where cultural health is mission-critical and where decisions impact people on a significant scale.

Tobias Sturesson
FOUNDER & CONSULTANT
Tobias is the co-founder of Heart Management and brings extensive experience in culture assessment, consulting, and training, having worked with a wide range of large organizations and hundreds of leaders on leadership, culture change, and ethics. He spent seven years researching and writing You Can Culture and is seen as an expert on culture, known for his passion for values-based leadership and with a background as the CEO of a strategic comms agency.

Andreas Almlöf
CONSULTANT
Andreas brings 20 years of experience in leadership, organisational development, and culture. He has successfully led organisational integration efforts across multiple countries and previously served as an executive at a fast-growing tech company. As a consultant at Heart Management, Andreas has led in-depth culture assessments and change processes for corporations and government agencies.

Lena Sturesson
CO-FOUNDER
With a master’s in business linguistics and extensive international management experience across business, academia, and NGOs, Lena developed a passion for creating healthy cultures where people can thrive. She co-founded Heart Management in 2017 with Tobias and now leads business strategy and finance. As a Ukrainian native, she is also deeply engaged in connecting European and Ukrainian governmental agencies and NGOs to support the rebuilding of Ukraine.
