Since our founding, we have been laser-focused on corporate culture, giving us a unique depth of knowledge in the field.

Over many years, we have explored the leadership habits and behaviours that foster thriving and ethical cultures — through extensive research and in-depth conversations with leading experts on the Leading Transformational Change podcast — work that culminated in the book You Can Culture.

We believe the best insights emerge when internal and external perspectives meet through deep collaboration — recognising that you know your unique context best, while we bring the value of an outsider’s challenge. We strive to be quick to admit our mistakes and take ownership.

We strongly believe in equipping your internal teams to sustain culture transformation, and we intentionally build capacity-building efforts into our client engagements. We are committed to ensuring our clients never become consultant-dependent.

Having been managers ourselves, we deeply understand and respect the challenges and pressures they face. This allows us to communicate effectively and translate theory into practical actions that leaders can use in their daily work.
